Engineering
The product files are prepared according to customer requests. In the light of this information, the mould and apparatus design and photos are created in AutoCad. All trials, pre-series and serial productions are documented. After all requested information and samples are shared with the customer, the necessary approvals are taken.

Material
KAUFLEX®, with its extensive experience in rubber and plastics industry, with its expert R&D team in its highly equipped laboratory develops new recipes as well as observe the performance of its existent products. All of the information is collected in ERP so that traceability is achieved.

Mixing;
KAUFLEX® , in its compound facility, prepares compound recipes from different polymer types. The compounds are prepared according to the compound recipes that are created according to customer requests. The compound ingredients are weighed automatically. This process is fully automated. The bags to be used later are held in the warehouse. After the completion of the process all of the information are reported so that the traceability is achieved.

Extrusion;
In the extrusion line; one, two or three different rubber compounds are converted to the hose that can be used for different type and application.

Vulcanization;
Hoses are vulcanized at the specified temperature in the pressure vessel according to material type and formula structure.

Braiding;
The hoses vulcanized in the pressure vessel (autoclave) are reinforced by knitting with metal wire or textile type rope and increased the strength and sealing.
